6.How do I skip a kit?
             The full reveal of the next month's kit will always happen around the 15th of the previous month (EXAMPLE - The full reveal of the August kit will happen around the 15th of July.) If you decide that you would like to skip that month, just email us at info@scrapbooksussies.com by the last day of the month (i.e. - by July 31st for the August kit). We will respond to your email, letting you know that we received your request to skip. Requests made by 11:59 pm the last night of the previous month will be honored.

7. Can I return a kit?
            If a kit arrives to you damaged, you may return it.  Before doing so, please contact info@scrapbooksussies.com to coordinate the return. A new kit will be sent thereafter if they are still in stock.

8. How do I cancel my membership?
             In the event that you need to cancel your membership, please let us know by the last day of the month. Automatic billings happen around the 1st of the month. If we do not receive your cancellation request before the end of the previous month, your card will automatically be charged and your kit shipped.

9. How much do you charge for shipping & handling?
           We try to keep our shipping and handling rates very competitive. At this point, all U.S. shipments are charged $6.95. Any add-ons purchased in the U.S do not incur additional shipping charges unless specifically noted.

10. Do you ship internationally?
             We would love to ship internationally, but can't do it for only $6.95 shipping and handling. Canadian shipping is an additional $2.55 ($9.50 total). Any add-ons purchased will require additional postage to be paid. If you would like to order from us and you are outside of the United States / Canada, please contact us at info@scrapbooksussies.com and we'd be happy to work something out.

11. How do Add-Ons Autoships work?
             Each month, you can purchase embellishment, cardstock, or patterned paper add-ons. These are available to non-subscribers, current subscribers as a one time purchase, or as an autoship. If you choose to autoship, not only are you guaranteed your add-on, but you also receive a special price. You can skip add-on autoships as well. Add-On autoships follow the same rules as the monthly kit membership rules regarding skips and cancellations.
